Dear Pastor or Christian leader,

I would like to invite you to invest in the future of your congregation and in the Christian community as a whole. This summer All Tribes Christian Camp is patterning with Rev. Jack Flietstra (Northern Ontario District Director of FEB) and Dr. David Barker (Vice President of Heritage Bible College) to offer a new program focused on teaching young adults how to preach. 

Cornerstone Preaching Camp will run from July 5th to July 10th, 2020. It is for young adults between the ages of 15 and 20 who shows potential in Christian Leadership. Applicants to the program will be accepted based on their commitment to Christ, aptitude for leadership and willingness to learn. Do you have anyone in your congregation who stands out to you, as a young leader who may benefit from a week of intentional mentorship? We would love for you to recommend them to our program and consider sponsoring them for a week of camp that truly has the power to change their lives.

  Cornerstone Preaching Camp is a fully immersive program, where participants will spend the week together with their peers and mentors developing the foundational skills required to formulate and present a compelling sermon. Over the course of the week, participants will have the opportunity to write multiple sermons under the mentorship of skilled preachers. Each participant will be given feed back on their work and will then be able to apply what they have learned. Participants will be taught how to study scripture, present their sermons and literally practice what they preach. When participants are not in lecture-style sessions or writing their sermons, they will be given unique opportunities to develop their leadership skills. This will all take place in the picturesque camp setting of All Tribes Christian Camp, where participants will have the opportunity to recharge their faith while surrounded by God’s awe-inspiring work.

It is important to note that the early application deadline, before which all applicants will be considered equally, is February 29th, 2020 and the final application deadline, before which all applicants will be considered by order of application is June 15th, 2020.
