All Tribes Christian Camp Mobile Home Sale

This two bedroom mobile home is being sold by All Tribes Christian Camp, a registered Canadian Charity. It has been located on site at All Tribes Christian Camp since 2001. It has been used as a year round residence. The camp’s growth strategy sees fit for this mobile home to be sold and removed from the property. The condition of this mobile home can not be guaranteed and is being sold as is, where is. Dishwasher is included. All other appliances are not included. It will be the buyers responsibility to remove the mobile home from the property. Wheels and axles will need to be provided by the buyer. All Tribes Christian Camp (Algoma) Inc. does not accept any liability related to the condition, removal, and relocation of this mobile home.

All Tribes Christian Camp Board of Directors reserves the rights to refuse any and all bids. Once the bid is accepted, it will be considered binding. It is the buyer's responsibility to remove the mobile home from the property without damaging the surrounding trees and grounds. The water, sewer, and power will all be disconnected by All Tribes Christian Camp prior to removal date.

25% deposit payable by the successful bidder, within 24 hours of notification of bid acceptance. Full payment must be made by certified check or bank draft prior to any work or removal from site being started. All bid prices do not include 13% HST, 13% will be added to the bid/sale price by All Tribes Christian Camp and must be paid by the Buyer.
