Doors open at 1 PM and refreshments will be available at this time. Bidding will begin at 2 PM and will likely continue until shortly after 3 PM.

Children are welcome to join us for this event, we will have quiet activities available for them to enjoy during the auction.

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for our 2018 Summer Missionary positions!

Are you over the age of 16, looking for summer employment, and excited about what God is doing in Camp Ministry? Do you want to make a difference in the community? We may have the perfect summer position for you, read the job description below for more information!

Summer Missionary Job Description

All Tribes Recognizes this position as a missionary opportunity and it is therefore a volunteer position, however, an honorarium will be provided at the end of the 9 week term. The summer missionaries will work 20-35 hrs/week when camp is not in session. When camp is in session summer missionaries will fill in as cabin counsellors or porgram staff and hours will vary. The position will begin on July 2nd and end on August 31st.

The person who is best suited for this role will be:

• In agreement with our statement of faith

• Active in their local church

• Passionate about serving in camp ministry

• Able and willing to learn on the job

• Adaptable

• Able to work unsupervised and as a team player

• Active and able to preform physical labour

• Licensed to drive in Ontario with a minimum of a G1 license, a G2 would be an asset

• Maintain a Christ honouring lifestyle both in and out of camp

Roles and Responsibilities

The summer missionaries will serve in a variety of roles at All Tribes over the summer. This includes but is not limited to: 

General Responsibilities

• Set a mature example for both campers and volunteers

• Provide discipleship and leadership to campers

• Actively maintain a positive and encouraging work environment

Maintenance

• Help maintain the facility

• Cut grass and other grounds keeping

• Sanitation and cleaning

• Work on building projects and all other projects that the facility managers see fit

• Work under the direct supervision of the facility managers

Program Assistance

• Assist the director in the planning and execution of weekly themes

• Fill in as a cabin or group leader where needed

• Set up and clean up of camp activities throughout the camp weeks

• Work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director

Easter Egg Hunt on March 31!

All Tribes is hosting FREE Easter Egg Hunt this Easter weekend!

When: March 31 from 1-3 pm

Where: All Tribes Christian Camp

Cost: Free (donations are welcome)

GRAND PRIZE: 1 Free week of summer camp!

Eggs will be hidden at varying difficulty levels for each age group. Each group will have an assigned colour of Egg to hunt for, the age groups:

3 and under

4-7 

8-12

13+

When you are done hunting you can exchange your eggs for prizes. 1 egg = 1 point

*Eggs with a Golden top or bottom = One entry into a draw for a grand prize of 1 free week of day camp (If the winner of the draw is not the correct age for day camp they will have their choice of 1 All Tribes Sweater and 1 T- Shirt or 75$ off of a week of overnight).

*These eggs will still be hidden based on age category and will have a bottom or top that corresponds with each age category. 

Parents are welcome to watch, but not help (with the exception of the 3 and under group)

J-ROCK:  AUGUST 5-11
THE ROCK:  AUGUST 19-25
